Charlie Cichetti is the visionary founder of Waste2Zero, bringing his extensive expertise in sustainability and green building to the forefront of waste management. Previously, he co-founded Sustainable Investment Group (SIG), where he excelled in integrating SIG’s core services: Training, Consulting, and Engineering. Charlie’s strategic focus on business development and client relationships was instrumental in the company’s growth. As a technical expert, he worked with various rating systems including LEED NC, CS, CI, EB, WELL, and fitwel, and managed millions of square feet of ENERGY STAR and Cx/RCx projects. With his wealth of experience, Charlie now leads Waste2Zero, dedicated to transforming waste management and sustainability practices for organizations worldwide.

As the Co-Founder of Waste2Zero, Brian Bollinger is a driving force in delivering innovative sustainability strategies and creative marketing communications. With extensive experience in the Sustainable Building Market, Brian has a proven track record in Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He excels in driving customer experience innovation, equity, and sustainability projects while procuring cost-effective solutions and solving complex challenges. Brian's leadership energizes stakeholders to achieve better solutions, results, and experiences than clients ever imagined possible.
